How it works on Extra Easy
Healthy Extra B is designed to provide controlled portions of fibre-rich foods such as wholegrains, cereals, certain fruits and nuts. Each day you are allowed a measured portion from the approved list. Quantities vary depending on the product, so accurate weighing or measuring is important.
